With a lifelong passion for understanding the consumer mindset, Linda Cullen has been committed to uncovering underlying needs and motivations to help organizations develop actionable insights surrounding consumer and customer behaviors. She has developed client side expertise in every aspect of the marketing research toolkit from custom research to customer experience to syndicated research to database analytics, spanning both established and new products. During her 30+ year career she has led Consumer/Customer Insights departments for full strategic impact leveraging her expertise to create actionable insights for business decision making.

Beyond her marketing research expertise, Linda brings strong leadership skills by proactively developing functional plans that contribute to and support strategic business plans. Through her vision she has transformed and built strong departments, and motivated her teams to achieve to their full potential. She has been recognized by the Market Research industry with the “Director of the Year Award” for outstanding achievement in promoting the value and contributions of market research. And her skill base includes exceptional communications skills, and extensive experience in brand and business strategy development.

Prior to joining Imperatives, Linda’s career has spanned consumer packaged goods, consulting and financial services companies; she has worked at General Mills and Tropicana Products, and held senior management positions at Pillsbury, Stellus Consulting and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Linda received a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from The Ohio State University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marietta College in Ohio. She has also served on several nonprofit boards over the years; she is currently a Board member on the Totino-Grace High School Corporate Board and serves as Chair of the Marketing Committee.
